WE ARE HIRING: MARKETING & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Apex Financial Solutions is looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing & Admin Assistant.

This role primarily focuses on marketing research, proposal preparation, business development support, coordination, and administration. The successful candidate will also coordinate with our external digital marketing firm and monitor online audience feedback and performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Business Development:

Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research
Identify potential clients, partnerships, training opportunities, and business leads
Prepare professional proposals, company profiles, presentations, and marketing documents
Support marketing campaigns for Apex Financial Solutions
Maintain and follow up on prospective client and partnership opportunities
Collect and organize customer feedback, social media comments, inquiries, and other marketing data
Coordinate content requirements, campaigns, and schedules with our digital marketing firm
Monitor campaign results, leads, registrations, and conversions
Support the planning and promotion of trainings, events, and company initiatives

Administration and Coordination:

Manage calls, messages, appointments, correspondence, and routine follow-ups
Maintain organized client, trainee, marketing, and administrative records
Prepare letters, reports, meeting notes, schedules, and other office documents
Track assigned activities, deadlines, and pending tasks
Support the planning and coordination of projects, meetings, trainings, and events
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
Demonstrated ability to prepare professional proposals and business documents
Strong research, communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to organize information, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities
Professional communication skills in both Amharic and English
Previous experience in marketing, business development, proposal preparation, or administration is preferred
Project management skills or experience are a major advantage
