Marketing & Brand Strategist

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Strategist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for every product launch and collection.
Create sales strategies for each style to maximize sell-through.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, create, and publish engaging content.
Design graphics for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
Set monthly sales targets and work closely with the team to achieve them.
Plan influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all branding and content align with URA’s identity.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong content creation and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Understanding of fashion marketing and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative, proactive, and highly results-oriented.
Ability to analyze performance and turn insights into sales strategies.
