Afri Flame Holding is looking for fast-working Material Coordinators to prepare, organize, and upload educational content for our growing e-learning platforms. In this role, you will leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools alongside diverse educational references to quickly generate study notes, structure video lessons, and upload complete course packages to our mobile applications.

Working Hours & Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days / week)
Working Hours: 02:30 Local Time – 11:00 Local Time (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM)
- Evaluation Process

1-Day Practical Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates must participate in a 1-day practical self-test/evaluation to demonstrate basic computer operations, AI prompting, note preparation, video embedding, and app platform upload skills before a final hiring decision is made.

Key Responsibilities

AI Note Generation & Drafting: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and academic materials to generate structured study notes, summaries, and revision guides.
Platform Uploading: Upload PDFs, notes, question banks, and video links onto our e-learning application backends cleanly and accurately.

Education & Skills: Practical Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Internet browsing, file management, typing). Degree is NOT required.
