The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff at the language center. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, supporting student registration processes, and ensuring smooth daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and accurately.
Provide information about language courses, schedules, fees, and center policies.
Assist prospective students with registration and enrollment procedures.
Maintain student records and update databases as required.
Schedule appointments, placement tests, and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
Manage classroom schedules and coordinate with teachers and administrative staff.
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic financial records when required.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Support marketing and student engagement activities as assigned.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
