Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Support recruitment, selection activities, and employee onboarding and orientation.
Prepare and organize HR documents and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Receive and welcome visitors, customers, and business partners professionally.
Receive telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain the visitor registration log and receive/distribute incoming correspondence and documents.
Coordinate meetings and appointments when required.
Provide professional customer service to clients and business partners.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
Good written and spoken Amharic and English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Integrity, professionalism, and good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in HR, Reception, Front Office, or Customer Service.
Added Advantage: Experience working in an Import & Export Company.
