Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities from requisition to delivery.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
Conduct market research and identify reliable suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a senior-level position.
Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier-management skills.
Good knowledge of procurement procedures and market practices.
