Daily Operations Tracking: Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, ensuring daily tracking of both Primary Sales (company to distributor) and Secondary Sales (distributor to retail/wholesalers).
Route & Target Alignment: Work closely with distributor sales teams to establish daily/weekly sales routes, set target objectives, and address sales bottlenecks.
Inventory & Stock Management: Track distributor stock levels to maintain healthy inventory cover, preventing out-of-stock situations or overstocking of slow-moving items.

Numeric Distribution: Ensure full product availability across all target traditional and modern trade outlets within the assigned territory.
Merchandising Excellence: Drive product visibility at the point of sale by implementing shelf share standards, eye-level placement, and effective deployment of Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
Planogram Compliance: Audit retail displays regularly to ensure compliance with UPC merchandising guidelines.
RRP Enforcement: Monitor retail and wholesale prices daily to ensure strict adherence to UPC’s Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

Price Undercutting & Deviation Reporting: Identify and report any instances of market price dumping, wholesale discounting, or unauthorized price surges, taking corrective actions as directed.

Competitor Activity Tracking: Systematically gather and report insights on competitor activities, including price adjustments, new product launches, trade promotions, and distribution network expansions.
Market Trends: Provide feedback from retailers and distributors regarding consumer sentiment, market dynamics, and operational challenges.

Build and maintain strong operational relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and top-tier retailers in the assigned coverage area.
Submit accurate daily/weekly operational reports covering target vs. actual sales, store coverage, visibility scores, and competitor intelligence.
