Job description
Golden Family Real Estate, a sales company operating in Dubai and Ethiopia, is looking for experienced real estate sales consultant to join our team for a Exclusive real estate project.
We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals who understand the real estate market, can build strong client relationships, generate leads, and successfully close property deals.

Compensation
Monthly Salary: 10,000 ETB + Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads for the assigned project
- Market and promote available properties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales
- Negotiate professionally and close property deals
- Maintain strong knowledge of the project, pricing, payment plans, and market conditions
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or a related sales role is required
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
Experience with lead generation and client follow-up
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for property promotion
- Professional, confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
