Role Overview

We are looking for a Foreign Purchaser to manage international vendor relations, import orders, foreign supplier logistics, and customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Execute foreign supplier orders, issue LC/TT requests, and negotiate international shipping terms (Incoterms).

Manage end-to-end import documentation, shipping clearances, customs duties, and freight forwarders.

Track international shipments to guarantee timely delivery to project sites and warehouses.

Analyze foreign supplier pricing and maintain global supplier relationship database.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in international purchasing, import procedures, customs clearing, and freight handling.

Knowledge of global trade laws, import tax structures, and international shipping protocols.
