LucyBridge Academy is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Platform Manager & UI/UX Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with previous experience managing digital platforms, working as a platform administrator, entering and managing data, and designing user-friendly digital interfaces.
The candidate will play an important role in managing our e-learning platform, organizing and updating digital content and data, supporting users, and improving the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & Customer Technical Support
Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of the LucyBridge Academy e-learning and school Management platform.

2.Provide technical support to customers, students, teachers, schools, and other platform users.
Respond to and resolve system-related questions and technical issues reported by customers and users.
Troubleshoot platform problems and provide practical solutions in a timely manner.

3.Assist users with issues related to account access, login, enrollment, course access, content access, and other platform features.

4.Identify the root cause of technical problems and determine the appropriate solution or escalation when necessary.

5.Follow up on reported issues to ensure they are properly resolved and users are satisfied.

6.Communicate technical solutions clearly to users who may have limited technical knowledge.

7.Provide training and guidance to staff, teachers, administrators, customers, and other platform users when needed.

8.Prepare and deliver practical training sessions on how to use and manage the platform and its features.
Required Experience & Skills

9.Ability to independently identify problems, analyze situations, determine root causes, and find practical and effective solutions.

10.Experience with data entry, data management, and content organization.

11. Experience uploading and managing digital content on websites or learning platforms.

12. Experience with UI/UX design and creating user-friendly interfaces.

13. Proficiency in Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
14. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
15. Ability to troubleshoot platform-related issues and determine when to escalate technical problems.
16.Ability and confidence to train and guide others in using digital platforms and systems skills.
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
