Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate customers.
Promote and sell the company’s products and services to corporate clients.
Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and business offers based on client requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and pending deals to ensure successful conversion.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company pricing and policies.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Maintain an updated database of corporate clients, prospects, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline, achievements, and challenges.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to corporate clients.
Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.
Participate in corporate events, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate sales or a related sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Addis Ababa business market is an advantage.
