Key Responsibilities

Receive cash, bank transfer, and other customer payments.
Issue official receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documents.
Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and petty cash balances.
Prepare daily cash collection and reconciliation reports.
Deposit cash collections into the company’s bank account when required.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
Maintain proper filing of receipts, invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks when required.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Perform other finance and cashier-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting, cashier, or finance operations.
