Bole Advertising is seeking a motivated, responsible, and hardworking employee to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily office operations, customer service, sales activities, and administrative tasks while maintaining high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
Support sales and marketing activities to attract new customers.
Coordinate printing, advertising, branding, and promotional projects.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
Manage office files, reports, and correspondence.
Follow up on customer requests and project progress.
Support social media and online marketing activities when required.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in advertising, printing, marketing, sales, or office administration.
Knowledge of graphic design software is an advantage.
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
