EV import company hiring Sales Executives to build and close a confirmed demand pipeline through SACCOs, banks, MFIs, corporate and retail buyers.

Key duties: Develop sales opportunities across institutional channels, manage qualified pipeline, demo EV range, guide customers through financing, hit monthly/cycle targets, maintain CRM records, represent Axion at partner meetings, gather market intelligence.

Requirements:

BA in Business/Sales & Marketing/Economics (Diploma + experience considered)
Min 3 yrs sales experience (automotive, vehicle financing, or financial products)
B2B / institution-linked sales (SACCO, MFI, bank) a strong advantage
Communication & negotiation in Amharic & English; MS Office/CRM
Valid driving license preferred
