We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, professional, and able to work night shifts aligned with EST/CT time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Follow company guidelines and procedures
Escalate complex issues when necessary

Work Schedule:

Night shift (EST / CT time zones)
Remote position (if applicable)

Compensation:

Base salary (based on experience)

Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken and written is a MUST)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
