Position: Senior HR Manager (Learning & Organizational Development)

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 50,000 Net

Web Technologies Trading PLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead Human Resources while driving Continuous Learning & Organizational Development across all company branches. As the company expands throughout Ethiopia and into African markets, we are looking for a leader who can build high-performing teams through world-class HR practices and continuous employee development.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law, HR policies, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Training & Development (Highly Required)

The successful candidate must be capable of designing and delivering high-quality, professional training programs using Microsoft PowerPoint and modern presentation techniques.

The candidate is expected to provide continuous weekly training for management and employees on topics including:
