Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about the company's products.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Fluency in Amharic and English is required. Knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
