Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate facility maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of institutional buildings and compounds.
Supervise support staff, including cleaners, guards, and porters.
Manage office furniture, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate procurement requests and distribution of supplies.
Monitor utility services and report service interruptions.
Ensure compliance with institutional safety and security procedures.
Coordinate transportation and vehicle utilization when applicable.
Prepare reports related to general service operations.
Support institutional events and logistics.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or according to institutional requirements).
