Overview

ArkHive is seeking a part-time Bid & Proposal Specialist to win software development contracts for our agency across Upwork and similar platforms. You'll find relevant opportunities, write tailored proposals, and generate qualified leads for our delivery team.

Responsibilities

Identify relevant job postings on Upwork and other platforms daily.
Write customized, persuasive proposals — no generic templates.
Qualify leads and handle initial client communication.
Track proposals, responses, and wins; report on pipeline weekly.
Coordinate with our technical team to scope opportunities accurately.

Requirements

Proven track record winning bids on Upwork or similar, ideally for a software/IT agency.
Excellent written English and persuasive writing skills.
Enough understanding of software services to speak credibly to clients.
Self-directed and target-driven.
