Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
A high school diploma with relevant cashier or customer service experience may also be accepted.
Basic computer training is an added advantage.

Work Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier, customer service representative, or in a related role.
Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive payments by cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or bank transfers.
Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Count cash and reconcile daily transactions.
