MoveUp Media — Marketing Manager

MoveUp Media operates a growing network of digital screens across premium buildings in Addis Ababa. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive advertising sales and elevate our social media brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Advertiser Acquisition: Target, pitch, and secure high-value advertising campaigns from corporate brands and agencies. Build premium client relationships and meet revenue targets.

- Social Media Management: Execute our digital content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.). Showcase active client campaigns and create engaging content highlighting the power of our network.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience- in B2B corporate sales, media sales, or agency account management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven ability to pitch to executive decision-makers and close deals.

* Hands-on proficiency with social media growth, content creation, and analytics.

* Professional fluency in both Amharic and English.
