Responsibilities

Prepare working drawings
Develop Bills of Quantity (BOQs)
Prepare quotations and cost estimates
Support tendering and procurement
Review drawings, specifications, and materials
Maintain project documentation
Coordinate with site engineers and designers
Assist with project planning and scheduling

Requirements

B.Sc. in Construction Technology and Management (CoTM)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity takeoff, and cost estimation
Able to read engineering drawings
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Willing to learn new software such as SketchUp

Preferred

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Understanding of construction processes and project management
