State Afro is expanding fast — and we need 2 sharp, persuasive people TODAY.

If you're good on the phone, love talking to people, and can get someone excited about an opportunity in under 2 minutes — this is for you.

The Role

You'll be calling agents across the Ethiopian market and inviting them to sign up on State Afro. Your job: explain the opportunity clearly, handle objections, and get them onboarded. No cold selling of a product they don't need — you're offering agents a real opportunity, and your job is to make sure they don't miss it.

What You'll Do

Call a daily list of agents and pitch the platform
Answer questions, handle pushback, close the signup
Log call outcomes and agent info accurately
Hit a daily signup target

What We Need From You

Confident, clear phone voice — you can hold a conversation and steer it
Fluent in Amharic (other local languages a plus)
Comfortable with rejection — you shake it off and dial the next number
Basic computer skills (data entry, CRM/spreadsheet)
Own laptop and stable internet (we provide the phone package)
Available to start immediately
