We are looking for a skilled Architect / Interior Designer, & graphic Designer to join our team and work on interior design and finishing projects from concept development to technical documentation and site coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and creative skills with experience in interior design, detailed working drawings, material specifications, graphic designer and project coordination.

The role requires someone who can handle multiple projects, prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation, coordinate with project managers and site teams, and ensure all design outputs are completed professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, graphic posts, mood boards, and presentations

Develop detailed architectural and interior working drawings

Prepare technical drawings including ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, furniture details, sections, elevations, and shop drawings

Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ), material specifications, and project documentation

Conduct site visits, site measurements, and project assessments

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and contractors during project execution

Assist in material selection, furniture detailing, and finishing specifications

Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and client requirements

Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with project requirements

Ensure timely completion of all assigned design tasks and documentation

Participate in client meetings and project discussions when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Proven experience in interior design and architectural working drawings

Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction details

Proficiency in Adobe Family, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max, Revit, D5 render, or other relevant software

Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and technical documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
