About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can take a content idea from concept to completion by writing engaging scripts and producing high-quality videos for a variety of clients across different industries.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, understands social media trends, communicates well, and can consistently deliver content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with each client's brand.

Key Responsibilities

Research client industries and create engaging content ideas.

Write compelling video scripts for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Plan, film, and produce high-quality video content.

Edit videos optimized for each platform.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and account management teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.

Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform best practices.

Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Attend virtual team meetings and occasional in-person meetings when required.

Revise content based on feedback and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating social media video content.

Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.

Experience filming and editing short-form and long-form videos.

Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Highly organized, reliable, and responsive.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with marketing agencies or managing multiple brands.

Basic motion graphics or animation skills.

Photography and lighting knowledge.

Experience creating content for healthcare, legal, fitness, or service-based businesses.
