The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating enrollments through outbound cold calling, lead follow-up, customer communication, and sales closing.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, confident in speaking English, persuasive, target-driven, and able to communicate clearly with potential students. This position requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, handling objections, following up consistently, and turning prospects into paying students.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students using leads provided by Learneta Academy.
Introduce Learneta Academy's programs and explain course benefits, schedules, and pricing.
Identify prospective students' needs and recommend the most suitable program.
Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and other approved communication channels.
Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled and paying students.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, prospects, and sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow the company's sales process and follow-up system consistently.
Build positive relationships with prospects and provide a professional customer experience.
Report daily sales activities and results to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
Work closely with the sales team and management to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
Continuously improve product knowledge, communication, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or cold calling is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Excellent command of English and Amharic.
