Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior Level)

Location: Addis Ababa

Moybon Advertising is one of Ethiopia’s leading branding, printing, and advertising companies. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a slightly senior designer with strong design fundamentals, practical experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing materials for print and digital media.
Create social media graphics, campaigns, and promotional content.
Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, business cards, and signage.
Prepare artwork for professional printing and production.
Collaborate with the production and sales teams to deliver projects on time.
Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
Stay updated with current design trends and creative techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience preparing print-ready artwork (CMYK, bleed, resolution, etc.).
Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Ability to create engaging social media content and post schedules.
Basic photo editing and short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) is an advantage.
Photography, motion graphics, or 3D design skills are a plus.
