We are hiring a proactive and welcoming Customer Service Representative & Receptionist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, managing front-desk operations, and keeping administrative workflows running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations: Warmly greet, assist, and guide all incoming visitors and clients.

Communication Management: Manage phone inquiries, direct incoming calls, and serve as the main liaison for customer questions and feedback.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate daily front-desk schedules.

Administrative Support: Maintain an organized front desk and handle day-to-day administrative operations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (open to related disciplines).

Experience: 0+ years (Entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply).

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word).

Attributes: High adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain composure under fast-paced conditions.

Additional Requirements

Gender Preference: Female candidates only

Location: Must reside in or around the Mexico, Beherawi and Ambassador area for daily operational convenience.
