About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Import & Export Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the coordination of import and export activities, documentation, customs processes, shipment tracking, and communication with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in coordinating import and export shipments from order placement through final delivery.

· Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin, and related documents.

· Follow up with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs agents, and transport providers.

· Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates on shipment status.

· Assist with customs clearance processes and ensure required documents are available and accurate.

· Maintain organized records of import and export transactions.

· Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery-related documents.

· Track shipment costs, duties, taxes, freight charges, and other related expenses.

· Ensure import and export activities comply with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Identify and report shipment delays, documentation issues, or other

0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
