Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ETB 15,000 Net

Brand Fitness PLC is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, grow our community, and promote our fitness brand across digital platforms.

Requirements

Diploma, level or Bachelor's Degree or in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Amharic is an advantage).
Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Ability to create engaging graphics, short videos, captions, and social media campaigns.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Produce high-quality graphics, reels, and promotional videos.
Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products, services, events, and campaigns.

Creative content creation and storytelling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
