We are looking for a driven, experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our market reach and build lasting relationships with construction professionals.

The Role

As our Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the field. You will spend the majority of your time visiting construction sites, meeting with contractors, developers, and engineers, and demonstrating how our chemical solutions (including waterproofing, admixtures, and sealants) can solve their project challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Field Sales: Actively prospect, generate leads, and close sales by conducting daily site visits and meetings with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors.

Technical Consultation: Assess project sites and recommend the appropriate construction chemicals (waterproofing, admixtures, grouts, etc.) based on structural needs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the local construction and building materials industry.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to keep our company ahead of the curve.

Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and territory performance, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Mandatory Qualifications

Please Note: Only candidates meeting these strict requirements will be considered.

Experience is Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of proven field/outdoor sales experience, specifically within the B2B sector.

Industry Knowledge is a Must: Deep, practical knowledge of construction materials and construction chemicals (specifically waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, repair mortars, and sealants).

Strong Network: An existing network of contractors, consultants, and developers in the [Insert Region/City] area is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
