We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and support our real estate marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Plan and manage content calendars.
Design and publish promotional campaigns.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Respond to customer inquiries and engage with online audiences.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Social Media Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Experience with content creation, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), and video editing.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
