We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and calm-under-pressure Shift Supervisor to lead our team and keep our daily operations running like clockwork.

As Shift Supervisor, you won't just be watching the floor—you will be the operational engine during our shifts. You’ll manage line flow, troubleshoot bottlenecks in real-time, maintain high speed and quality standards, and ensure our staff stays organized, motivated, and accountable. If you excel at critical thinking, quick decision-making, and leading by example, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shift Leadership & Floor Operations

Lead daily pre-shift briefings and assign clear, defined station roles to team members.
Act as the floor lead or Expeditor during peak volume to keep ticket times fast and order accuracy at 100%.
Maintain high standards for food safety, quality control, cleanliness, and customer service.

2. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking

Identify operational bottlenecks immediately during rushes and make real-time adjustments to keep the line moving.
Handle customer feedback and unexpected issues on the spot with composure and sound judgment.
Bring solutions—not just problems—to management when operational challenges arise.

3. Prep & Inventory Management

Enforce daily par levels and conduct pre-shift audits to ensure all prep, packaging, and tools are 100% ready before peak hours.
Monitor food waste, manage stock swaps mid-shift, and communicate reorder needs before items run out.

4. Team Coaching & Accountability

Train, mentor, and keep staff accountable to operational standards and ticket flow procedures.
Foster a high-energy, positive team environment where everyone knows their responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–2+ years of supervisor, shift lead, or keyholder experience in a fast-paced restaurant or quick-service environment.
Decisiveness: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly when volume spikes.
Communication: Clear, direct verbal communication skills—able to direct a line effectively and calm chaos.
Reliability: Punctual, organized, and dependable with a high sense of ownership.
Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
