Educational Qualification - Advance Diploma in Civil Engineering/ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Experience - Minimum Total Work Experience in Construction projects: 8/6 Years, Minimum Min. Experience in road construction project: 6/4 Years & Minimum Specific Experience in Similar Positions: 3/2 Years.

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
Calculate material quantities and construction costs.
Prepare rate analysis and project budgets.
Monitor project expenses and control costs.
Prepare interim payment certificates and valuation reports.
Measure completed works and verify quantities.
Prepare variation orders and final accounts.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
