Qualia Solutions is hiring a Sales & Growth Manager for a U.S. accounting and advisory firm. You will be employed by

Qualia and assigned to the firm’s sales function.

The role

Lead the sales function and still do the work. Diagnose the current motion, set a growth plan, coach the team, run

campaigns, sit on high-value calls, and help close. This is not a strategy-only seat.

What you will own

• Build and run a sales plan tied to growth targets — weekly campaigns, not slide decks.

• Lead, coach, and manage SDRs and future account executives. Set activity standards and hold them.

• Run outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-up. Test messaging against real results.

• Take discovery and presentations with U.S. business owners. Sell accounting, tax, advisory, and CFO services in plain

language.

• Carry qualified deals from first conversation through proposal and close. Build referral relationships.

• Write scripts, sequences, and campaign materials. Align marketing with live sales priorities.

• Keep the CRM clean. Report weekly on activity, pipeline, conversion, and closed revenue. Own the forecast.

Working use of Claude and other AI tools in a real sales workflow is required — research, ICPs, messaging, call notes,

briefs, and repeatable processes. You review every output. Confidential information stays in approved systems. AI does

not replace judgment.

Requirements

• 5+ years successful B2B sales, including leading or coaching salespeople.

• Proven outbound campaigns that produced meetings and revenue.

• Experience selling to U.S. companies or U.S. business owners.

• Professional use of Claude/AI tools and a CRM you actually keep current.

• Can plan, prioritize, and execute with limited supervision.

• Exceptional spoken and written English — clear, natural, confident.

• Preferred: accounting, finance, tax, banking, insurance, consulting, SaaS, or professional services.

Work conditions

• Exclusive full-time. No outside jobs, freelance, or conflicting commitments.

• Schedule aligned to U.S. Central Time.

• Fiber or 5G internet, plus backup internet and backup power.

• Professional laptop, headset, webcam, and a private workspace.

• Comfortable on outbound calls and video. Speed and equipment will be verified.

Compensation

Competitive base plus individual and team incentives. Final offer reflects experience, leadership, communication, and a

record of measurable sales results.
