About the Role

Private Center Real Estate PLC is looking for ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team as Junior Real Estate Sales Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting people, and want to build a successful career in the real estate industry.

No previous real estate experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in Amharic is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
