LeuNet ICT Solutions is a leading ICT solutions provider based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized General Service Officer to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative and facility management activities.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth daily office operations within the company
Support administrative tasks across all departments
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, deliveries, and internal distribution
Manage payment collections and follow-ups
Maintain proper filing systems and organized record-keeping
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
Assist in purchasing and managing office supplies and stationery
Support procurement documentation, approvals, and follow-ups
Communicate with external service providers and clients when required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in general services (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Experience in payment handling or basic financial collection is an advantage
