Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations and guest inquiries.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle payments, invoices, and basic cash transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the reservation system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues when possible.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic computer and hotel management system skills.Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
