Role Overview

Position: Junior Architect
Experience: 2–5 Years
Work Setup: Fully Remote (Flexible Hours / Task-Based)
Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based

Required Technical Skills & Software Mastery

We are looking for someone who is proficient in our core workflow:

BIM & Technical Drafting: Advanced proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD (accurate detailing, layout production, and working drawings).
3D Modeling: High efficiency in SketchUp and/or Revit.
Rendering & Visualization: Hands-on experience with Enscape & D5 Render to produce clean, realistic client presentations quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevation details in Revit & AutoCAD.
Build accurate 3D models from conceptual sketches or CAD layouts.
Produce high-quality still renders and walkthroughs using Enscape and D5 Render.
Collaborate remotely with senior architects/project leads to meet design deadlines and client requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Strong architectural background with a solid understanding of spatial planning, materials, and construction details.
Great visual communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a high-performance workstation capable of smooth 3D rendering (D5/Enscape).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
