Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Outdoor Sales Representatives to expand our customer base, promote our products to potential buyers, and increase both retail and bulk orders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with new customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door and field visits to promote Abay Mart’s products.

Identify and approach potential customers such as retailers, shop owners, event organizers, and end-users.

Demonstrate product features and provide samples, catalogs, or videos when needed.

Collect customer information, report market feedback, and maintain relationships with leads.

Achieve monthly sales targets through direct orders or referrals.

Submit daily activity and sales reports to the sales supervisor.

Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of Diploma or High School completion.

At least 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, or customer relations (preferred).

Excellent verbal communication skills in Amharic; knowledge of English is a plus.

Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.

Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Good knowledge of Addis Ababa areas.

Smartphone with internet access (for reporting and content sharing).
