Prepare and organize tender documents according to requirements

Assist in writing and compiling technical and financial proposals

Ensure all required documents (licenses, certificates, company profiles) are updated and attached

Coordinate with departments (finance, procurement, technical team) to gather necessary information

Maintain tender filing system (both physical and digital)

Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids

Communicate with clients or procurement offices when clarification is needed

Assist in preparing cost estimates and pricing sheets

Follow up on submitted tenders and record results

Ensure compliance with tender rules, formats, and legal requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field

0–2 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or administrative work (varies by company)
