We're looking for a talented Video Editor with a strong background in short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels. While your primary focus will be editing high-performing short-form videos, you'll also work on long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and talk shows.

Key Responsibilities

Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
Repurpose long-form content into compelling short-form clips optimized for social media.
Deliver polished content that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form social media content (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of current social media trends, audience retention, and storytelling techniques.
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Notion (for project management and collaboration)
Strong knowledge of pacing, color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production workflows.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a production team.
Fluent English is required, as all communication and project requirements are with English-speaking clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating motion graphics and animated titles.
Experience working in a fast-paced content production environment.
Ability to identify trends and adapt editing styles to maximize engagement across social media platforms.
Must submit:
Your portfolio or showreel showcasing your best short-form content (long-form examples are a plus).
