Accounting & Financial Operations:

Maintain precise general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and daily transaction records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

Oversee statutory tax compliance, preparation, and timely filing with local tax authorities.

Support budget formulation, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.

Internal Audit & Compliance:

Evaluate and test internal financial controls, identifying risks, operational bottlenecks, or discrepancies.

Conduct periodic internal audits across financial records, inventory, and procurement processes.

Draft detailed audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, and clear recommendations for improvement.

Ensure all company operations strictly comply with relevant government laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.

Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors during annual audits.
