Sales & Marketing Manager

Company: ND Furniture | Location: Addis Ababa (Showroom Office & Field Meetings) | Type: Full-Time

ND Furniture is seeking a highly confident, articulate, and degree-qualified Sales & Marketing Manager. Operating from a dedicated showroom office, this role oversees all indoor/outdoor sales teams, leads B2B marketing strategies, drafts corporate proposals, and closes major commercial deals across Addis Ababa.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Daily supervision, route planning, and target enforcement for indoor showroom reps and outdoor B2B field reps (Hospitality, Real Estate, Trade Partnerships).

B2B Pitching & Closing: Represent ND Furniture in high-level physical meetings with hotel owners, real estate developers, and corporate executives.

Proposals & Contracts: Draft formal B2B proposals, technical bids, proforma invoice packages, and supply contracts in English and Amharic.

Marketing Strategy: Execute targeted B2B campaigns to generate high-value leads from architects, interior designers, and hospitality contractors.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related commercial field.

Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales management, strategic marketing, commercial furniture, or corporate supply.

Professional Standards: Meticulous punctuality, formal business presentation, and strong confidence when negotiating with corporate decision-makers.

Proposal Mastery: Advanced capability to write polished business proposals and commercial offers in both English and Amharic.

Territory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with commercial districts and active construction zones across Addis Ababa.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: Commensurate with degree, background, and proven track record. (20,000 ETB NET)+2% commission

Infrastructure: Dedicated private office at the ND Furniture office.
