Salary: 10,000ETB+good commission

Fergami Technologies PLC is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of software products, and the ability to explain digital solutions to clients clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for Fergami Technologies’ software products and services.

Present and explain software solutions to businesses and customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and recommend the right software or digital solution.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.

Work closely with the technical team to understand product features and client requirements.

Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

Previous sales experience is preferred.

Basic knowledge of software products, websites, mobile apps, systems, or digital platforms.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technology in a simple and clear way.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.

Good computer skills.

Fluency in Amharic is required; English communication skill is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling software, IT services, websites, mobile apps, or digital solutions.

Understanding of business management systems, gaming platforms, POS systems, or online platforms.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
