Arabic Customer Care

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries through calls and other communication channels

· Provide excellent support to Arabic and Oromiffa-speaking customers

· Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally

· Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed

· Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

· Fluent in Arabic and Oromiffa (spoken and written)

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Bachelor’s degree in any field

· Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or call center roles

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
