We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the organization in managing human resources activities, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing effective support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy announcements, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other personnel documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information and updates.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and staff regulations.
Coordinate employee orientation and induction programs.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Handle employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR support.
Assist in addressing employee relations and workplace issues.
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year and above in relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and personnel management.
Knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR practices.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
