Brand Representative

We are looking for 13 confident and presentable young women, to be part of our 5-Day Holiday Customer Experience Campaign.

Your Role

Your role is to be a Brand Representative engaging directly with customers and making sure their experience is heard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Approaching customers in a friendly and confident manner

• Asking customers about their experience

• Collecting quick feedback and observations

• Helping create a welcoming holiday atmosphere

• Supporting the holiday campaign and in branch activities

• Recording customer feedback and campaign observations

Duration: 5 days

Working Hours: Half-day

Age: 19–25

Gender: Female

Payment: 1,000 ETB/day

We’re Looking For

● Confident and outgoing personality

• Excellent communication skills

• Friendly and respectful with customers

• Presentable and well groomed

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with different people

• Responsible, energetic and punctual

• Previous customer service or promotional experience is a plus
