Main Role & Responsibilities

. Provide personalized consultations and private appointments for high-net-worth clients interested in luxury timepieces.
Manage client relationships and maintain an active client book using CRM tools.
. Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury craftsmanship, horology, and brand history during client engagements.
. Maintain high standards of boutique etiquette, discretion, and visual presentation.

Required Skills

. Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative negotiation skills.
. Professional fluency in English and Amharic.
. Excellent professional presentation and commitment to client confidentiality.
Basic familiarity with customer relationship management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
No prior experience required
