We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Cosmetics Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty products, enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting cosmetics and skincare products.

Provide product recommendations based on customers' preferences and skin types.

Demonstrate product features and application techniques.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.

Process sales transactions accurately.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and beauty trends.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Requirements

Bachelor'sDegree (qualifications in beauty or sales are an advantage).

Previous experience in cosmetics, retail, or customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Well-groomed, professional appearance.
